Animals of our Watershed

Created by the Lakeland Jr. High Watershed team:

The Lackawanna Watershed is home to many species of animals.  We have chosen a few of the well-known species that live in or near the Lackawanna Watershed.  Included on this page are a few animals and some basic information about each specific one.  These few animals that we have chosen, are very important to our watershed.  We hope you all enjoy learning about these magnificent animals just like we did while researching them!!
